Garbage in, garbage out .....

In my main job as a translator I have to turn my hand to everything. One day it is the Patriarch in Russian, next day a gas pipeline company in French, the day after a Flemish biscuit manufacturer in Dutch.
One regular customer is a local publisher of art books. Mostly on modern art. With the very intellectually-sounding commentary with which this type of work is packaged. Today’s assignment produced this jewel:
“In this sense Sonck delivers a humanist contribution to pluralistic tolerance, which is the main value of the revaluation of the values of postmodernism.” ?
I looked at the original Dutch text three times, but that’s what it says. There are times as a translator where you discreetly improve text. But here no way. As they say in the translating trade: ‘Garbage in, garbage out’……

And I am not sure which sense makes the term "value" in the in the network of postmodernism if yet the "revaluation of the values" is considered?
